Our family met Noé through a planned excursion from our hotel to a Unesco World Heritage site.  Shortly before our departure, we zoomed with Noé to personalize our itinerary and ended up changing our plans completely! We canceled our train from Barcelona to Montpellier and embarked on a fabulous 4 day adventure in southern France, completely orchestrated by Noé and tailored to our family with 3 kids, ages 10-14. Needless to say, this change of plans was the highlight of our European vacation!! He picked us up by van from our hotel in Barcelona, drove us through the picturesque Pyrenes mountains down through southern France where we were stopped at the Mediterranean shore.  We were greeted by his wonderful friend, Oliver, who took us by boat to paddle board through smuggler’s caves and snorkel in a marine reserve – a fantastic adventure! Noé arranged lunch for us as a wonderful and local establishment on the coast in the beautiful town of Collioure. The following day he arranged a private tour in the most beautiful, natural cave in France, Grotte des Demoiselles. This was unlike anything we had ever experienced and truly off the beaten path.  Following the cave, Noé brought us to a beautiful medieval town, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, where he arranged a local lunch, and then brought us to the original gorge we planned to see, underneath which we enjoyed kayaking.  The following day, Noé arranged for a fascinating tour of an oyster farm, complete with a private boat ride and champagne and surprise oyster lunch on the boat.  We traveled by boat through the beautiful town of Sète. On our final day, he gave us a personal tour of the town of Montpellier, his home town, complete with a stop at his preferred boulangère! Noé was an absolute gentleman! He truly wished for us to experience southern France in a unique and curated way, for which he more than delivered.  Our children affectionately speak of Noé when they reflect on their favorite part of vacation! He allowed us experiences we could never orchestrate on our own. We booked a trip with Noé on short notice and it turned out to be wonderful. He took us to the beautiful medieval village St-Guilhem le desert. I felt like in the novel " The name of the rose". My family and I took a vacation to the south of France this summer and had a fantastic experience. Before leaving the US, we asked our hotel for assistance planning local adventures, and they recommended we contact Noé at Follow My Zen. We are so glad we did! Noé not only made our trip logistically easier, he also created an amazing itinerary for us, full of local experiences that we never would have known to arrange on our own.

Noé picked our jet-lagged group up directly from the train station after 36 hours of travel, and we all felt an immediate sense of relief and relaxation. Follow My Zen takes a highly personal approach - when we all slept past our alarms on the first day and were very late, Noé handled making last minute adjustments to our activities and treated us with a lot of empathy. Throughout our excursions, if an unexpected opportunity presented itself, or if we had to adapt to an immediate need, Noé was there to help us make anything happen. And the activities Noé arranged for us were awesome - very local, and incredibly special. He has bridged relationships with a large set of kind, talented, knowledgeable people who welcomed us and treated us like dear friends as they shared with us their local cultures.

Noé planned activities for us in Montpellier, Marseille, and the countryside and coast in between. He also provided all the transportation in a very comfortable Mercedes van that accommodated all of us. Traveling with young children is difficult, but Follow My Zen made it as easy as could be, and my kids still talk about Noé like he's a family member. My mother, in her 70s, was also a part of our travel squad. In fact, we celebrated her birthday in France. Noé's ability to take care of everyone in our group, from the little ones to the big ones, is an impressive and special quality.

We have so many fond memories of our time in France this summer, the experiences we had, and the amazing local people we met. We are very grateful to Noé and his company, Follow My Zen, for all they did for us. We have already been talking about returning next year to have Noé show us Barcelona and then explore Montpellier and the south of France more. Noe runs a fantastic and highly personalized private tour service. He is highly knowledgeable and connected to various tours in Southern France. What's more of a distinguishing advantage is that he is very sensible and understands the, sometimes, complex needs of travelers. He was very accommodating to the comfort and needs of a family touring multiple places with children. He is not intrusive and anticipates changes in itinerary with incredible flexibility. If we ever have the fortune to visit this part of the world again, we would definitely seek him again. We asked Noe to set up an 8-day itinerary for us covering as much of Provence as we could.
A few things really set FollowMyZen apart from other luxury travel services:
Local knowledge. They know this area inside and out and can recommend off-the-beaten-path
recommendations for small villages, casual restaurants, and local markets.
Customization: They can change itineraries on-the-fly. For example, we decided to go
mountain biking one afternoon and Noe was able to secure 2 top of the line bikes for our ride
thru beautiful coastal mountains.
Personal care: They really go above and beyond. On one afternoon, Noe checked in with a
local 3-star Michelin restaurant and found they had an opening – for a place that is normally
booked months in advance. He casually asked if we wanted to dine there that evening and
offered his services to take us to and from the restaurant.
We find FollowMyZen to be the pinnacle of personalized luxury travel and would recommend

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les qualités humaines et narratives de notre guide, qui a su nous transporter dans l’histoire de Montpellier. C’était très captivant et intéressant. Noe was the perfect guide for our recent trip through France. He was knowledgeable, spoke perfect English, was kind, accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to assure that my family and I had an amazing experience.

There is no doubt that we will use him for our next European vacation. The trip would not been anywhere near as relaxing nor enjoyable without his expertise and guidance.
